純壽司@沙田‧三文魚迷大滿足

在沙田新城市廣場找地方吃晚飯，蝦子餅說很久沒有吃過壽司，便去有一段時間沒有光顧過的純壽司，星期五晚七時前到達，坐吧枱不用等位。
先點一客二人前的三文魚盛($198)，厚切三文魚大大塊又厚肉，愛吃三文魚的朋友應該一試。
吃完三文魚盛，還點了一客鹽三點盛($28)，三件壽司分別是帶子、墨魚鬚和海螺，帶子十分鮮甜，海螺十分爽脆。
最後加了一件海膽帶子($38)，沒有預期中那麼好吃。
