Chip localization is imperative, and national policy support is strong
At present, China is seriously constrained by people in the field of integrated circuits-in 2018, China's integrated circuit export value was 86.015 billion US dollars, and its import value was 316.681 billion US dollars. The trade deficit increased by 11.21% year-on-year. Since 2015, the import value of integrated circuits has surpassed crude oil for four consecutive years, becoming China's largest import commodity.
At this stage, the national implementation of chip localization is imperative. There are three reasons. One is from a strategic perspective. The domestic production rate of chips used in China ’s military equipment is still relatively low. The large purchase of foreign chips poses a threat to China ’s military security.
