Vietnam COVID Resort Acquires Wyndham Branded Hotel

Corona Resorts and Casino, a gaming resort complex located on Vietnam's Holiday Island of Phu Quoc, will host a brand of fresh hotels to replace existing Holiday Infinity accommodation.

Work is currently underway to introduce the fresh brand through the four-star Wyndham Garden Grand World Fu Quark Hotel facility (pictured) connected to Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Inc. located in the U.S. According to information obtained by GGRAsia, the fresh brand will take effect within this month.

Separately, Wyndham Garden Grand World's general manager Mark Antoine Denzler has prepared an announcement on the topic, saying the brand is "honored" to expand its operations in Vietnam through COVID resorts.

COVID Resort is currently guiding guests to three related accommodation options: Radisson Blu Resort Phukuk, Vinorasis Phukuk, and Vinholiday Fiesta Phukuk.

Corona Resort is Vietnam's first gaming facility that allows economically qualified locals to use casinos.

The complex is an element of greater entertainment and leisure development by the Vietnamese-based conglomerate Bean Group. The Phu Quoc United Center, an overall development, houses a number of non-game attractions. They include: Vin Pearl Safari Phu Quoc; a golf course; an amusement park known as Bin Wonders Phu Quoc; and a shopping and entertainment hub called Grand World.
