幾個月前飲過 @plant_based_crew 出品嘅 Oat Milk 一直對呢個牌子有信心同好感💚 最近見到佢哋推出咗純素芝士!🇳🇿紐西蘭出產 #純素煙燻車打芝士碎 (Smoked Cheddar) 🧀同 #純素水牛芝士碎 (Mozzarella) 🧀
✅每包都有300克咁多🌱純素芝士100% 植物性芝士,零膽固醇和反式脂肪,最方便喺一開即食冷熱皆可👍官方仲話焗熱咗仲有拉絲效果添🤩 包裝頂部喺密實袋個隻🧷重複密封保存得好啲~打開後記得7日內食哂吖!
今次用嚟整 #焗芝士蛋大啡菇 同比媽媽 #焗蝦 😝
1. 預熱焗爐200度🔥
2. 大啡菇取走大啡菇蒂,用水洗一洗💦用紙抹乾表面,
最好揀隻可以裝到成隻蛋嘅大啡菇~
3. 將大啡菇放入焗爐200度先焗5分鐘🔥等出水
4. 蛋黃和蛋白分開🥚取出已預熱嘅大啡菇,先將蛋黃倒進大啡菇,然後將蛋白倒進大啡菇中,撒上香草、鹽、黑胡椒、最後撒上 #純素水牛芝士碎 🧀
5. 以焗爐200度 15分鐘烤焗
6. 即可食用~
I have tried oat milk from @plant_based_crew a few months ago💚 I have confidence and good impressions of this brand 💚 Recently, they release vegan cheese products of NewZealand #Smoked Cheddar Cheese (純素煙燻車打芝士碎) 🧀 and #Mozzarella Cheese (純素水牛芝士碎) 🧀
This time I used Mozzarella Cheese to bake Portobello Eggs and mommy used Smoked Cheddar to bake shrimp 😝
Ingredients: Mozzarella Cheese, Portobello x 2, Japanese egg x 2, black pepper, salt
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees 🔥
2. Take the stalk of the portobello and wash it with water 💦 dry the surface with paper, It’s best to choose portobello that can be accommodated an egg~
3. Bake the Portbello at 200 degrees for 5 minutes 🔥
4. Separate the egg yolk and egg whites🥚Take out the preheated portobello, first pour the egg yolks into the middle of the portobello, then pour the egg whites, add salt, black pepper, and 🧀 finally sprinkle Mozzarella Cheese evenly over the portobello
5. Bake in an oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes
6. Enjoy~
