Marathoner - Blurmax

Having completed the 12 K AVOHK Reservoir Cup Race I 09� ( 香港 元老會 水塘盃系列賽�)at the Aberdeen Reservoir in a moderate time of 1 hr 7 mins.�

Despite it's a slow time, it was already 4 mins+ faster than my completion time in the same race last year.�

I could not believe I was running ahead of Amy (snake jr) before she overtook me at 10 K.�

I managed to stay close to her until she reduced to walk and asked me to take over her.� I lost my pace soon after loosing a stable target to chase.�

Amy overtook me 500 m before the finishing line.� Despite Amy's encouragement, I was too tire to speed up.�

I managed to prevent an expatriate runner from overtaken me in the last several ten metres though.� ^.^

Just completed the Tsuen Wan National Day 8 K Race (� 荃灣區 �國慶盃 �8K� 長跑賽 �09�)�in a moderate time of 43 mins 24 secs (just 20 secs faster than last year).

�

The opening 800 metres upsloping route still tortured me and the bright sun was another adverse factor.

�

Another nice race again!^.^
