Having completed the 12 K AVOHK Reservoir Cup Race I 09  ( 香港 元老會 水塘盃系列賽 )at the Aberdeen Reservoir in a moderate time of 1 hr 7 mins. 

Despite it's a slow time, it was already 4 mins+ faster than my completion time in the same race last year. 

I could not believe I was running ahead of Amy (snake jr) before she overtook me at 10 K. 

I managed to stay close to her until she reduced to walk and asked me to take over her.  I lost my pace soon after loosing a stable target to chase. 

Amy overtook me 500 m before the finishing line.  Despite Amy's encouragement, I was too tire to speed up. 

I managed to prevent an expatriate runner from overtaken me in the last several ten metres though.  ^.^

Just completed the Thaiquain 10 K 2009 ( 第25屆 泰基盃 10公里賽 ) in the extremely sunny and hot morning today in a slow time of 57 mins+.  However it's already 7 mins + faster than my completion time of the same race last year.

My Asics Excalibur 4 was proved so good in racing, and I could hardly feel the upslope course tim.

Enjoyed the race despite only occasional breeze could be found.

I was so happy to meet so many runners friends too^.^

Having a 9 Km lite group running with members of hkrunners.com in the warm afternoon on 2009/7/5 after the heavy shower. I nearly walked all the uphill session at Chai Wan Road. Still enjoyed the run. I was so lucky that it started to rain heavily soon after I returned home and watched the ending of Keroro.^.^

Having completed the 4.7 Km Olympic Fun Run ( 奧運 歡樂跑 2009 ) in the warm and humid morning at Disneyland HK today.  I managed to complete the run in 23 mins despite being hindered by many "walkers" on the way.

The race was well organized with many souvenirs.  Nice to meet so many runners friends from LongRun.HK, hkrunners.com and others.

Taking the overnight bus N969 and riding through the dark city to Tin Shui Wai.

Completed the Yuen Long District Youth Festival 8 Km Race [  元朗區 青年節 長跑賽 ] in a slow time of 43 mins+ in the warm and humid morning today.  Nice to meet so many runners friends in the race including members of LongRun.hk, friends of Leisure Runners and friends of hkrunners.com.

My right leg seizure woke me up at 0355 hrs before my alarm fulfilled it's duty, and I am pretty sleepy now.....................zzzzzzzz

Completed the Malcolm Phillips 5 Km memorial run in the warm and humid afternoon today.  I could barely completed the race in 24 mins 20 seconds.

I was happy to meet so many runners friends in the race today.  It's nice to have a good chat with Janice after the race.  I also express my appreciation to Janice for feeding those hungry mosquitos while we walked down the Wanchai Gap road.

Just completed the 8 Km RRAC Summer Run ( 必達 夏日長跑   2009 ] in a moderate slow time of 42 mins in the extremely sunny and hot morning today.  I really could not adapt racing in such sunny and hot condition now.

I leart that 9 runners suffered from unfortable during the race and some were sent to hospital.  I wish they all recover soon.

Nice to meet so many runners friends before, during and after the race (including runners pals from hkrunners.com / LongRun.hk / Leisure Runners and others)
